Dr. Dorcas Philips was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare after seeing the positive impact medical care can have. “I realized how the holistic care of the human body can go a long way in improving a patient's quality of life, especially in the senior population,” she explains. She encourages patients to play an active role in their health by allowing them to “drive the conversation.” She explains, “I find that when my patients feel empowered to make their own health decisions, they become more actively involved in their medical journey to a become the best version of themselves.”
When not caring for patients, Dr. Philips can be found enjoying quality time with her son. She also enjoys dancing and designing homes.
